The reception welcomes guests between 8 AM and noon on weekdays; guests arriving at other times can pick up the keys at the 24-hour reception of the main building, the entrance is from the neighbouring street: Hattyu utca 14.

Storage cabinets are ideal for storing any personal belongings and are available for rent: the daily fee is 3 Euro per cabinet, the weekly fee is 15 Euro per cabinet. Linen and towels can be rented optionally for 7 Euro per person and set per week (linen set: 2 small towels, 2 shower towels, 1 bath mat).

The standard cleaning package includes: once a week apartment cleaning, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning and dish washing, linen and towel change. The superior package at the charge of 10 Euro per week includes the standard package, plus one additional apartment cleaning per week (Monday through Friday except for public holidays), linen and towel change. The deluxe package is available at the rate of 15 Euro per day and includes daily cleaning, as well as linen and towel change twice a week.
