The Kalvin Apartments were opened in February of 2004, with studios located in the inner city, neighbouring the National Museum, the Museum of Applied Arts, and the Capital's Szabo Ervin Library at Kalvin Square, at the beginning of Üllői Avenue (running towards the airport).

Each studio has windows to the street. Their sizes vary between 25 and 35 square meters (smoking and non-smoking are both available), double bed or separate bed arrangement is also possible. One extra bed can be accommodated in each apartment (thus, they can sleep a maximum of three adults and a baby). For your own laptop, all rooms are provided with wireless, some with wired Internet connection. Room equipment is brand new, and includes bedding, linens, towels, toilet paper, an iron and an ironing board, standing fans during the summer, and washing machine use upon request. Even though room arrangement might differ from one studio to another, the equipment, furniture and inner colours follow the same interior design, so they provide equivalent comfort.

All apartments are self-serviced, we do not provide meals, but a well-equipped kitchen is included in each. The apartments fall into the semi-serviced category, as the staff is not present around the clock. Cleaning is done on pre-arranged schedule.
